These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement governing the use of the bajl platform and its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

bajl provides bonuses and promotional offers to its users. However, these offers are subject to specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A specific wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• Wagering requirement: 20x.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.
• Wagering may not apply to certain games — contact support for details.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, use of software, etc.) may result in account termination.
• bajl reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Bonus offers cannot be shared or transferred to third parties.

VIP Loyalty Program

Regular users of bajl can enjoy special benefits through the VIP program. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and contributions.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week — maximum benefits.

VIP tier cashback is added automatically each week. Reaching a higher tier unlocks additional benefits and dedicated personal support. bajl reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajl platform. Violating these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and collected funds may be forfeited.

• Creating an account using fraudulent or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus policies.
• Using any form of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in gaming.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bajl platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, interfaces, and other elements — is owned by bajl or its licensors. These elements may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission from bajl.

Users are granted permission to use bajl's services for limited, personal, and non-commercial purposes. This permission does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability

bajl is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party failures. No guarantee of outcomes or winnings is provided.

• bajl is not responsible for losses arising from unintentional technical errors.
• bajl is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, etc.).
• Issues with the user's device or connection are outside bajl's responsibility.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify bajl and its staff against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from a breach of these Terms or from the use of your account.
